Standby working plants are suitable for small components that only require a short treatment time.
The heating takes place in the antechamber. Pre-heating takes place in a pre-chamber, the length of stay
in the mainchaimber can be selected as required by the processing aim. The cooling (quenching) or other
follow up treatments such as oxidation/coating can be completed in any flange mounted chamber.
With this concept completely new applications are available for plasma heat treatment.
